KTOO TV and APRN are providing coverage of Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s Address to the Alaska Legislature. The live event at 11 a.m., will be taped for air on KAKM at 11 p.m. tonight. The address is expected to run about 40 minutes and will be followed by a question and answer period.
